All orders will be dispatched in discreet plain brown cardboard boxes or A4 size sealed white plastic envelopes, by Royal Mail with no mention of the word “Wig” on the outside packaging. The return address on the outside of the packaging is displayed as “ Hair World UK Ltd, Algores Way, Wisbech, Cambs, PE13 2TQ”. We will endeavour to complete all orders within 24 hours when payment is made by c/card, postal orders or cash. Delays or non availability will be advised by telephone and or email. Orders paid by cheque will be dispatched in 10-21 days from receipt of payment after bank clearance.

We are unable to supply wigs or hairpieces on approval or credit. All orders must be accompanied by payment in full.

All special offers or discontinued lines are subject to availability; no other discounts or vouchers can be used against these items.

All debit/credit cards used must be registered to the delivery address. If you need goods sending to a different address, please supply this alternative address along with the address to where the card is registered when ordering, by letter, fax or e-mail.

WE MUST HAVE BOTH ADDRESSES IN WRITING

We reserve the right to change any advertised item without prior notification to comply with health and safety standards or to improve on the existing product.

Prices

Prices are available for Internet / mail order sales or Studio fitted sales. Studio fitted sales include a full consultation & customisation of each wig at our private studio in Cambridgeshire by pre arranged appointment only. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.

Due to monitor variations and different resolution options, the colour may not be an accurate image of the colour you will receive. Please use the online colour chart as a guide only. If a colour match is critical, it is highly recommended that you choose option 2 or 3 from our colour help section.

ORDERS DISPATCHED SAME DAY

Orders placed before 1pm will be dispached the same working day Monday – Friday (subject to stock availabilty)

FREE Delivery

We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all UK mainland orders over £25. Orders £25.00 and under are subject to a 95p delivery charge (excluding Special Delivery)

For your convenience, orders placed before 1pm Monday -Friday will typically be processed and dispatched the same day via Royal Mail signed-for post. Please note that this excludes weekends and orders containing out-of-stock items. In the event of any stock issues, we will notify you promptly, provided that we have your accurate contact information.
